Payment Schedule

50% of the total amount is due at time of booking.

The remaining amount is to be paid 60 day(s) before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation outside of 60 days prior to stay will receive refund in full less $200 cancellation fee. Within 60 days of stay 50% refund. Within 30days of stay no refund.

Security deposit

A pre-authorization of $1000 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
